Addendum
Introduction
The First Report of the Constitutional Development Task Force (The Task Force) on Issues of Legislative Process in the Basic Law relating to Constitutional Development included 38 summaries of views of organizations and individuals who met the Task Force. Among them, a small number of summaries had yet to be confirmed by the relevant parties as at the date of print,
and some summaries were still being processed and hence were not included in the First Report.
2. This Addendum includes a total of 72 summaries. These include those subsequently confirmed or amended by the relevant parties after publication of the First Report, and summaries processed after publication of the First Report (including those confirmed or amended by the relevant parties, and those pending confirmation).
3. The summaries of views are intended to record the gist of the views expressed. If members of the public are interested to know more about the positions of these organizations and individuals relating to issues of legislative process, they may wish to refer to the submissions of the relevant parties. The relevant submissions have been included in Annex 1 to the
First Report or Annex 1 to the Second Report.
