EAC Chairman empties ballot box

The Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission (EAC), Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (second right), empties a ballot box at the counting station at Jockey Club Government Secondary School for the 2018 Legislative Council By-election last night (March 11).
