Public Consultation on Stalking

On 19 December 2011, the Government published a consultation paper to consult the public on an anti-stalking law. The consultation period ended on 31 March 2012.

Overseas Experience in Implementing Anti-stalking Legislation

In 2013, the Government commissioned a consultant to study the experience of overseas jurisdictions in implementing anti-stalking legislation. The findings of the study were presented to the Legislative Council Panel on Constitutional Affairs in December 2013.
