The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, attended a seminar on the constitutional development of Hong Kong organised by the Hong Kong Island Federation today (September 1). Mr Lam briefed participants on the Green Paper on Constitutional Development and took the opportunity to gather views as part of the public consultation.
