CS attends New Territories East regional forum on constitutional development (1)
The Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau has commissioned the Home Affairs Department to hold four regional forums to receive views on the "Green Paper on Constitutional Development". The second forum, for the New Territories East region, was held this evening (September 12) in Shatin. Picture shows the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, speaking during the forum.
