The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, meets with representatives of the real estate sector at the Government Headquarters this evening (September 14). Mr Lam briefed them on the Green Paper on Constitutional Development and took the opportunity to gather views as part of the public consultation.
