The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, met with the Chairman of Savantas Policy Institute, Mrs Regina Ip, and her colleagues at Government Headquarters this afternoon (October 8) . He received their submission on the Green Paper on Constitutional Development and listened to their views as part of the public consultation exercise.
