The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, and representatives from the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, Transport and Housing Bureau, Food and Health Bureau, Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, Home Affairs Bureau and Environmental Protection Department will visit Beijing to meet with officials of the National Development and Reform Commission to discuss the complementary work of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) Government in relation to the National 12th Five-Year Plan.
Mr Lam will leave Hong Kong on Sunday (July 4) and will have a meeting with officials of the National Development and Reform Commission on Monday (July 5). He will then proceed on leave until July 7 (Wednesday). During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong, will be Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
