The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, will leave for a visit to Shanghai on August 19. While in Shanghai, Mr Lam will meet with officials of the Shanghai Municipal Government, visit the latest infrastructure developments in the city, and attend and support a Cantonese opera performance staged by Hong Kong at the Expo 2010 Shanghai China.
Mr Lam will return to Hong Kong on August 22. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong, will be Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
