The Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah (centre), met members of the Federation of Hong Kong Shenzhen Associations to exchange views on the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016" this morning (May 2).
