The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government has given notice to the Legislative Council today (June 2) of the intention to move the motion at the Legislative Council meeting on June 17, 2015 concerning the amendment to the method for the selection of the Chief Executive. The motion is the same as the draft motion as set out in the Consultation Report and Proposals on the Method for Selecting the Chief Executive by Universal Suffrage published by the HKSAR Government on April 22, 2015.
