The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will depart for Beijing on March 2 to accompany the Chief Executive in calling on officials of relevant central ministries.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong in the evening on March 4. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Ronald Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
