SCMA to visit Hangzhou

The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will pay a visit to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, on November 23 to strengthen ties with the local government, promote exchanges and co-operation, and learn about the municipality's latest developments.
During the visit, Mr Tam will meet with officials of the Zhejiang provincial government as well as Hong Kong people doing business and studying in Hangzhou to understand more about their work and life there. He will also visit a new development area in Hangzhou and a joint venture between Hong Kong and Hangzhou enterprises.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong on November 24. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Ronald Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
