SCMA attends seminar on Basic Law (1)
The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam (left), attended the "Seminar in Celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the Reunification and 22nd Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Basic Law" organised by the Joint Committee for the Promotion of the Basic Law of Hong Kong (JCPBL) this (November 3) morning. Also attending the seminar were the Vice Chairman of the JCPBL, Mr Yeung Yiu-chung (centre); and member of the Committee for the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Miss Maria Tam (right).
