SCMA visits North District

The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Patrick Nip, visited North District this afternoon (June 22). Accompanied by the District Officer (North), Mr Chong Wing-wun (fifth left), Mr Nip (centre) met with the Chairman of the North District Council (NDC), Mr So Sai-chi (fifth right), and members of the NDC to exchange views on community and district matters.
