The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, attended a luncheon and two forums today (August 31) to listen to views of different sectors on the Green Paper on Constitutional Development as part of the public consultation. Mr Lam called on the public to continue to attach importance to the issue. He will continue to meet with the public and different sectors to gather views on the Green Paper.
