Basic Law Carnival to be held on Saturday |
The Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau will hold a Basic Law Carnival on Saturday (November 28) to commemorate the coming 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the Basic Law. The carnival will be from noon to 5pm at the Football Pitch No 3, Victoria Park, Causeway Bay. Through some lively and interactive games, the carnival aims to convey the message that the Basic Law is closely related to Hong Kong people's daily lives and enhance the public's knowledge and understanding of the Basic Law. People can learn more about the Basic Law through the stall games and may win prizes. There will also be an exhibition introducing the content and implementation of the Basic Law. Entertainers, including Kay Tse, Fama, Kary Ng, Sherman Chung and G.E.M. will perform and play games with participants at the carnival. Admission is free.
