| Basic Law Carnival 2013 to be held this Sunday |

The Basic Law Carnival 2013, organised by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau, will be held this Sunday (November 3) from 1pm to 5pm at the Sha Tin Town Hall Plaza, with a view to enhancing the public's understanding of the Basic Law in a lively and interactive manner. A prize presentation for the Basic Law Radio Advertisement Performing Competition will be held, and there will also be game booths. The public can learn more about the Basic Law through the games and there will be chances to win prizes. There will also be a Basic Law exhibition, which will introduce the content and implementation of the Basic Law. A number of artistes, including Ivana Wong, Joyce Cheng, Jonathan Wong and Lori Chow will perform at the carnival. Admission is free of charge. All are welcome and souvenirs will be distributed.
