The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, today (July 23) tours the central business sub-district of the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Tianjin FTZ), to get first-hand information on the latest developments of Tianjin and to explore the opportunities for complementary development with the municipality.
