The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, will depart for Shanghai this evening (October 21) to attend the closing ceremony of Hong Kong Week at Expo 2010 Shanghai China (Shanghai Expo) and related activities.
Mr Lam will return to Hong Kong on October 24. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong, will be Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
