     The Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs (PSCMA), Ms Chang King-yiu, will visit Hainan to attend the Eighth Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Co-operation and Development Forum and Trade Fair (PPRD Forum) on November 28. Government officials attending the PPRD Forum in Hainan will also include the Director-General of Trade and Industry, Mr Kenneth Mak.

     Ms Chang will return to Hong Kong on November 29.
